To be buried in Frittenden churchyard. To the poor of Frittenden 3s. 8d. To my daughter Joane Fowle £30 at the age of 22 years, provided she discharge her brothers of an annuity given to her by her grandfather, Richard Fowle, issuing out of my lands, and if she refuse, then she is to have but £5, to be paid in like manner. To my daughter Marion Fowle £20 in goods at the age of 22 years. To Clemmens Fowle, my daughter, £20. To Joane Fowle, by daughter, half my household stuff. Residue to my son Richar Fowle, who is to be my excutor. My son Richard is to give bond for 200 marks to my son Francis Fowle, to pay the legacies of my daughters. To my son Richard Fowle my lands in Marden and my tenement in Frittenden lying upon the den of Bubhuste, in the occupation of John Leede. To Francis Fowle, my second son, at the age of 24 years, all my lands in Biddenden. To Thomas Fowle, my youngest son, at the age of 24 years, my dwelling and tenement called Shanbleforde and all my lands in Frittenden and on the den of Peaseridge. Proved 23 Sep 1592.
