He was baptized November 1672. Isaac Pease settled in the northeastern part of Enfield CT, not far from what in 1869 was called the Shaker Village, shortly after he married. He appears to have been an extensive landholder, and was among the first holding the office of Deacon in the congregational church of that town. "His grave and tombstone are to be seen in good condition in the burying-ground north of the central meetinghouse in Enfield." (1869 quote) 296 | ||||||||||||
