| Alfred Johanson came to New York Aboard the Teutonic, leaving Liverpool 6 Jan 1904, arriving NYC 14 Jan 1904. To the immigration officials he declared that he had $16 and that his final destination was with his brother, Lesander (sp?) at 302 (or 312) West 152nd St. I have a photo copy of the Ship manifest. Living in the south part of Finland near the capital Helsingfors (or Helsinki in finnish). My roots come from the Kronoby area in Ostrobothnia, and as I saw on your webpages - You seem to have roots in this area. After browsing through Your pages and Your Reunion output I found one interesting card, ie. "http://www.lymanjohnson.com/WebCards/PS01/PS01_219.HTM" which indicates that we probably have same ancestors. Alfred Johannesson Kivijärvi b. 17.2.1887 and his wife Hilda Sofia Fallbacka 9.1.1888 excist in my Reunion register and at several branches go back to early 1700 and some even further back.
